As our Client Experience Specialist, Crystal works closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and coordinates with internal teams to provide a one-of-a-kind experience. She plans, organizes and hosts all of our client events. Everyone knows and loves her for her warm and friendly personality and sincere interest in our clients and their families.
With over a decade of experience in marketing and public relations, she is a valuable asset to our marketing team. She manages all of our media platforms, public relations, marketing initiatives and relationships with outside vendors. She has an amazing eye for design and works closely with Amy and Alex to design materials for Sawchuk Wealth for clients and marketing purposes.
Crystal studied Business at University of the Incarnate Word. She holds life, accident, and health insurance licenses in Michigan and Florida.
Crystal regularly volunteers her time and currently serves as Co-President of the Troy High School Parent Organization and Chair of Donor Relations for the Junior League of Birmingham. She has previously held leadership positions including Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Northwestern Mutual and Teen Service League Chair for the Fort Bend Junior Service League in Sugar Land, Texas.
Originally from Texas, she now resides in Michigan with her husband, three children, and a cat and dog. Although she misses her family back in Texas, she has come to appreciate the beauty of the four seasons, especially snow in winter. She does not miss the spiders or mosquitos, though (everything is bigger in Texas!!!). When she’s not busy shopping or traveling with her family, Crystal is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on her favorite teams, the Houston Astros & Pittsburgh Steelers.
